Dr. Marcela Leus


Dr. Marcela J. Leus is a Professional Lecturer, a consultant for the Education Cluster and a former Council Member at the Graduate School of the University of Santo Tomas. She has served as Dean of the College of Education as an OIC-Vice President for Academic Affairs at the Philippine Normal University.  Dr. Leus has been awarded as an Outstanding Graduate Professor at the UST Graduate School in 2014. She has also co-authored books and journals on Teacher Education for UNESCO-PROAP, CHED-TEC, EDUVision, SUCTEA and in other local and international publications. 


Dr. Leticia Navarro
Dr. Leticia Navarro is a part-time Professional Lecturer at the Graduate Studies fo the University of Makati where she was given an award as Outstanding Professor of Graduate Studies in 1997. She has been a Professional Lecturer as well at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM). She has likewise handled the National Home Economics Teachers Scholars of DEP-ED at PWU and taught Home Economics and Alternative Learning System at Philippine Normal University. Dr. Navarro has served as General Supervisor and Chief of Home Economics Education Services solidly for 28 years and a former Nutrition and Technical Vocational Supervisor at the Division of City Schools, Manila. 


Dr. Estefania de Guzman
Dr. Estefania de Guzman has served at the Philippine Normal University in various capacities, ranging from being an instructor to a University Professor and Nice President for Academics. She has been actively involved in international training and development programs in assessment and evaluation sponsored by UNDP, UNESCO, UNICEF, Center for Applied Linguistics, INNOTECH, the SEAMEO Region Language Center and the German Academic Exchange Program. She has served as Quality Assurance and Accountability/Education Research Adviser to the Department of Education in two projects sponsored by the Australian International Agency for Development (AusAid) for the Philippines.

Dr. Dalisay Brawner
Dr. Dalisay G. Brawner is a former Vice President for Academic Affairs at the University of Makati. She has also served as Vice President for Academic Affairs at the Taguig City University and President of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina. Dr. Brawner had special assignments from CHED as member of the Technical Panel for Teacher Education and has served as Executive Director of the Association of Local Colleges and Universities (ALCU). She has also served as President of ALCU and also chaired the Education and IT Committee of the Association of Local Colleges and Universities (ALCU). Dr. Brawner was a post-graduate research fellow in Research and Teaching at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, USA, under the UNO-Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila Faculty Exchange Grant. She has been an International President of the World Council for Curriculum and Instruction (WCCI), a transnational educational organization committed to advancing the achievement of a just and peaceful world community. In between, she was a Board Member of WCCI, and at one time, served as President of the Philippine Chapter. She also served as President of the Philippine Association for Teacher Education of the National Capital Region (PAFTE-NCR).

Dr. Danilo Villena
Dr. Danilo Villena has served as the Dean of the College of Education at the Colegio de San Juan de Letran and Dean of the College of Education at the Philippine Normal University, where he has served as Program Coordinator for Graduate Studies of Education Sciences. Dr. Villena has practically taught all professional educational courses as well as research courses in teacher education programs at PNU and has served PNU in various capacities such as Research Coordinator, Theses and Dissertation Writing Adviser, Head of the Department of Educational Management, Measurement and Evaluation and Curriculum and Instruction. He is a recipient of the University of Santo Tomas' St. Antoninus of Florence Award for Distinguished Alumni in the field of Educational management. Dr. Villena has been a member of the Commission on Higher Education's Technical Committee on Educational Leadership and Foundations.

Dr. Erico Habijan

Dr. Erico Habijan is the President of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina and has served as Chief of the Elementary and Secondary Division and Chief of the Curriculum and Learning Management team at Department of (DepEd) Region IV-A. He has likewise as Director of the National Educators Academy of the Philippines. Dr. Habijan has co-authored books in Filipino, Mathematics, and Values Education.



Dr. Aurora Franco

Dr. Aurora Franco is currently the Vice President for Academic Affairs at Arellano University Mandaluyong Branch and a former Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Arellano University Pasig Branch. She has served as a Schools Division Superintendent at the Department of Education (DepEd) in the Division of Pasig City and has acted as Vie President of the Association of Science Educators in the Philippines. Dr. Franco has written several books in the field of science.


Dr. Maria Teresa Namoro

Dr. Maria Teresa A. Namoro is a former Assistant Schools Division Superintendent at DepEd Division of Quezon City. She has likewise served as OIC Assistant Schools Division Superintendent at DepEd Division of Makati and Assistant Chief at the Secondary Education Division of DepEd NCR. Dr. Namoro has served as President of the Philippine Home Economics Association and former Regional Supervisor for TLE and STVEP at DepEd NCR

 


Ms. Aida Rondilla

Mrs. Aida Rondilla is currently the Chief at the Curriculum and Implementation Division (CID) and a former Home Economics Supervisor at the Division of City Schools-Manila. She has headed the Supervisors Association of Manila as well as the Association of EPP/TLE Supervisors of NCR both as President of the said organizations. She has been a recipient of the 2011 National STEP Awards for Outstanding Contributions as Supervisor and 2012 Outstanding Women Leaders in Manila. She has co-authored several books in Technology and Livelihood Education for Secondary Level.
